Intermediate Bulk Container

This type of container is used as a hybrid form between drums and bulk transport (truck transport, maritime container, or boat transport) . IBCs allow manipulation with forklift or pallet trucks, but cannot be handled by hand, such as drums. IBCs consist of 3 parts, viz., an HDPE inner inclusion with a lid on top and discharge tap below surrounded by a metal grid. This unit is mounted on a wooden, synthetic or metal pallet.
