Antaq conducts research on user satisfaction port

Questionnaire will address infrastructure, access conditions, bureaucracy, authority and tariffs.

The Antaq (National Agency of Waterway Transportation) will launch next month a survey to find out how satisfied the user port. Information is the manager of Performance Studies and Port Agency, Bruno Pinheiro.

There will be two types of questionnaires. *One will be closed, which will be answered by owners, operators, practical, port authorities, enterprises involved in import and export, general users. This questionnaire will be available on site Antaq. The other will be open, responded by federations, associations and unions representing the users. In this case, the Agencys technical team goes into the field to know the views of institutions on port services, *explained the manager. *Our goal is to reach 800 questionnaires,* he noted.

The questions will address various topics, for example, infrastructure conditions, bureaucracy, authority and tariffs. *After the data collection, we will make a report and forward it to the Ministry of Transportation to the Department of Ports, among other organs. The idea is to contribute to government policies related to the port sector,* the manager said, noting also that will be issued a ranking point to which the port was better assessed.
