Important customs regulation Argentina
Please be informed that according to the last customs regulation in Argentina, the full HS CODE / NCM is a requirement in order to proceed with the customs clearance procedure in Buenos Aires. The HS CODE is composed by 12 digits: 11 numbers + 1 letter. All the Bill of Ladings involved for import operations should show this information.
The lack of the same will result in prejudice for consignees that may include the impossibility to complete the cargo’s clearance.
