Grand Alliance announces winter program for Far East-Europe Services

Grand Alliance members Hapag-Lloyd, NYK and OOCL have announced a winter program on the Asia-Europe trade. Under the winter program capacity on the Asia-Europe Trade will be adjusted to the seasonal demand of our customers.

In order to ensure continuation of the service netword, Loop D will offer bi-weekly sailings. This temporary service adjustment is in effect westbound from week 39 with the sailings of the China Express and eastbound from week 43. The winter program is expected to last until March 2011.

The Grand Alliance continues to offer three services between North Europe and Far East, covering all major ports with weekly sailings. (source: NYK)
