Freight and law international conditions of loading and transportation (ICLT)
After the entering into force of the Budapest Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Inland Waterways (CMNI) the Legal Committee of IVR developed the international conditions of loading and transportation which were officially introduced during the 6th IVR-Colloquium in January 2009 in Prague. Meanwhile those originally in the German have been translated into the English, French and Dutch. All available versions are freely available on the IVR site WWW.IVR.NL under LEGAL TEXTS.
